It’s “aight”

True Hoop: Nike Music

Nike has called upon some of hip hop’s most elite artists to create an original song; Kanye West, Nas, KRS-ONE, and Rakim. There are two versions of the song, “Better Than I’ve Ever Been” (prod. Rick Rubin) and the remix “Classic (Better Than I’ve Ever Been)” (prod. DJ Premier). Rakim is only featured on the remix and not the original.

They definitely got some of the best on the tracks.  I’m listening now, it’s pretty good.  Well as good as it could be for (as referenced in the above link) guys putting down lyrics for basically a commercial.

Now I need this

Singstar PS3 details unleashed, YouTube of karaoke confirmed – Joystiq

Embodying the concept of Game 3.0 — the theme of Phil Harrison’s speech this morning — Singstar allows users to not only download new content, but to upload their own as well. Folks from around the world will be plugging in their EyeToys or USB cameras’ and shaking their money makers with their own video uploads that can be rated and commented upon from the community.

So I need to buy a used microwave oven now

High Voltage in your Kitchen: Unwise Microwave Oven Experiments

Holy crap do I want to try this!  Unfortunately I rent a condo and the microwave is a built-in above the stove deal.  I used to have a spare microwave, but when I moved out of my apartment I gave it to my roommate because I had this fancy nice one at the condo.  Crap I wish I could get it back.  (You’d think giving my former roommate a basically new microwave, and a 36″ TV, would ensure that I wouldn’t have to pay the last month of utilities (note: I wasn’t in the apartment the last month, I had the dreaded overlap rent month), but no, full charge for them.  And they weren’t cheap!)
