Nice for software to be open to multiple “platforms.” Though given the weather (and the fact I don’t want to buy cold weather gear for it) all my running is done on a treadmill (which makes for a pretty boring map). Lately I’ve switched from running for distance at a certain pace, I’ve lowered my pace a bit and have tried to run for longer times. Two reasons: (1) I’m in the midst of a cutting phase and (2) I’m trying to increase endurance. (I’ll probably incorporate weekend interval/HIIT training to change it up a bit).

I used to have a site that listed all free coin counting machines. It sucked though. I don’t know if I’ll try this. I have a large bag full of change that I need to convert to bills (fuck them coins, dollar coin my arse). I’m much too much of an upstanding citizen to try this. Not to mention the Coinstar machine is all kinds of well lit and in the middle of things. Of course the store is 24 hours so maybe I’ll roll in at like 4am one day and give it a shot.

Hold your Nano in your hat as you run. I want this, but I don’t like wearing hats for runs. Even in the cold. When I do, I normally take the hat off for parts of the run. But I still want it.
